What is BiddieVariety?
A concierge personal shopping service. You tell me what you want from any US store, I drive out Monday through Friday to Marshalls, Target, Nike or the outlets, I source it, I pack it, I ship it to Nigeria, or to Ghana on request. One flat fee. Real receipts.
Who is the “I” on this site?
Dammy, the founder. I run this out of Brunswick, Maryland. BiddieVariety LLC, registered since 2023. When you send a WhatsApp message, it’s me reading it.
How is this different from a package-forwarding service?
Forwarders give you a US mailbox. You still do all the shopping. I do the shopping. Big difference when you’re sourcing premium brands from multiple stores in one trip.
What’s your fee?
15% flat on the outlet price for personal orders. 20% for business accounts (boutique resellers, bulk buyers). Shipping is separate and billed at the carrier’s actual rate.
How do I pay?
Stripe for credit and debit cards (works globally), Zelle if you have a US account, or wire transfer for larger orders. Business accounts run on a 50% deposit and 50% before shipping.
What currency?
Everything in USD. I don’t charge in NGN because exchange rates shift daily and I don’t want to eat that risk or pass it to you with a markup.
Is the quote locked?
Yes. Once I send you a quote, the price is locked for 48 hours. If the outlet price moves, that’s my problem, not yours. If something costs MORE at the register than my quote, I message you before I buy.
When do you shop?
Monday through Friday. If you approve a quote Monday, I’m usually at the outlet by Wednesday or Thursday. I don’t source on Sundays.
How long does shipping take?
Air cargo lands in 5–7 days door-to-door to Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt), and to Ghana (Accra) on request, shipping every Monday. Sea cargo runs monthly for bulk business orders and takes 20–30 days. Express courier is 3–5 days on request.
What if you can’t find my item?
I’ll tell you within 24 hours and suggest close substitutes with real prices. You owe nothing unless you approve a quote.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once I hand it to the carrier I send you the tracking number on WhatsApp and it appears at biddievariety.com/track-order.
Can I return something?
Short answer: no. I buy at outlet clearance prices, and those stores don’t let me return clearance items. If I send you the wrong item, I fix that on my dime. The refund policy page lists every exception.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If it’s the carrier’s fault, I file a claim with them. If it’s a packing issue on my end, I replace it at my cost.
I run a boutique. Can you supply me regularly?
Yes. That’s about 40% of what I do. Apply on the business sourcing page. You get negotiated pricing at volume, a 50% deposit with 50% before shipping, and the Monday cargo rhythm.
Minimum order?
No hard minimum for personal accounts. For business, I usually start at $500–$1000 per order so the shipping math makes sense.
