15% flat on the outlet price for personal orders. 20% for business accounts (boutique resellers, bulk buyers). Shipping is separate and billed at the carrier’s actual rate.
Stripe for credit and debit cards (works globally), Zelle if you have a US account, or wire transfer for larger orders. Business accounts can negotiate 50/50 deposit splits after the second order.
Everything in USD. I don’t charge in NGN because exchange rates shift daily and I don’t want to eat that risk or pass it to you with a markup.
Yes. Once I send you a quote, the price is locked for 48 hours. If the outlet price moves, that’s my problem, not yours. If something costs MORE at the register than my quote, I message you before I buy.
Monday through Friday. If you approve a quote Monday, I’m usually at the outlet by Wednesday or Thursday. Saturday runs are reserved for VIP members only. I don’t source on Sundays.
Air cargo lands in 5–7 days door-to-door to Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt) or Ghana (Accra), shipping every Monday. Sea cargo runs monthly for bulk business orders and takes 20–30 days. Express courier is 3–5 days on request.
I’ll tell you the same day I tried to source it. I’ll suggest close substitutes with real prices. You owe nothing unless you approve a quote.
Yes. Once I hand it to the carrier I send you the tracking number on WhatsApp and it appears at biddievariety.com/track-order.
Short answer: no. I buy at outlet clearance prices — those stores don’t let me return clearance items. The only exception is if I send you the wrong item, I fix that on my dime.
Send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If it’s the carrier’s fault, we file a claim together. If it’s a packing issue on my end, I replace it at my cost.
Yes. That’s about 40% of what I do. Apply at /bulk-sourcing. You get negotiated pricing at volume, optional credit terms, and the Monday cargo rhythm.
No hard minimum for personal accounts. For business, we usually start at $500–$1000 per order so the shipping math makes sense.
