The ground rules.

BiddieVariety LLC is a Maryland-registered personal shopping service operated by Damilola at Brunswick, Maryland, USA. “We”, “us” and “Dammy” refer to BiddieVariety LLC in these terms.

We are a concierge personal shopping service. You submit a request, we quote a price, you approve, we source the item from a US retailer, we ship it to you. We do not hold inventory. We are not a mailbox or package-forwarding service.

Every order begins with a quote we send you. A quote is an offer to source at that price, valid for 48 hours unless we say otherwise.

• If you approve and pay, we source at that price. If outlet price drops, you keep the difference as credit unless agreed otherwise.
• If the outlet price rises above the quote, we contact you before buying. We won’t charge more than the quote without your approval.
• If we can’t source the item, you receive a full refund or credit, your choice.

• All pricing in USD.
• Personal orders are paid in full before sourcing.
• Business accounts may have 50/50 deposit / balance-on-ship terms after their second order.
• Accepted methods: Stripe (cards), Zelle, wire transfer.
• We don’t accept crypto, Cash App, or Venmo at this time.

• Air cargo Monday, sea cargo every 8 weeks.
• 7–10 days door-to-door for Nigeria and Ghana by air.
• Delivery times are estimates. Customs delays, carrier delays, or local force majeure events can add days.
• Risk transfers to you at delivery. Lost-in-transit claims are handled between us and the carrier within 30 days.

We buy on your behalf at outlet / clearance prices. Those US stores do not accept returns from us on clearance items. This means:

• All sales are final once an order ships. We don’t accept buyer-remorse returns.
• If we send you the wrong item, we replace it at our cost.
• If the product arrives damaged due to packing on our end, we replace it at our cost.
• Carrier damage: send a photo within 48 hours of delivery; we file the claim together.

We buy directly from authorized US retailers: Marshalls, Target, Nike, Carter’s, Best Buy, Costco, outlet malls. We photograph every item and keep receipts. BiddieVariety is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

• Firearms, ammunition, or parts
• Prescription medication
• Alcohol and tobacco
• Live animals or perishable food requiring refrigeration
• Anything restricted by US export controls or Nigerian customs
• Anything flatly illegal in either jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, BiddieVariety LLC’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, reputational harm, etc.).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts seated in Maryland, except where Nigerian consumer protection law gives you stronger rights that cannot be waived.
