Because we buy on your behalf at outlet prices, the US stores don’t take clearance returns back from us. This page explains the narrow cases where we do refund, and how to request one.

If the box arrives damaged because DHL, FedEx, UPS or the local last-mile dropped it:
Any time I owe you a refund, you can choose store credit instead, and I add 10% goodwill on top. Useful if you order regularly — the credit clears faster than a refund and you get the bonus.
